Our rent rate includes:

What is the minimum length of stay?
What is the minimum length of stay?
Due to URA regulations, it's typically a minimum of 3 months in Singapore.
Will my security deposit be refunded?

We will refund 100% of the security deposit once the room is reinstated to the move-in condition upon handover of room. Compulsory Check out fee of $30 + 9% GST will be charged upon check out. It will be deducted from the security deposit.
How do I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid via bank transfer or cash deposit to our company bank account. Always indicate the unique room code in the remarks field to avoid missing out.

Of course, you will receive a key for the main door of the apartment/house and your private bedroom.
Are my friends/guests allowed to visit and stay overnight?
Are my friends/guests allowed to visit and stay overnight?
Contractually, overnight visitor is strictly prohibited in all our apartments. Your friend can visit only if you receive explicit consent from all your housemates in the apartment. Please note that house rules are strictly applied to all visitors. Should we receive any complaints from other housemates due to poor hygiene, disrespectful, inconsiderate, inconveniences, your visitor must vacate immediately without contest.

No. Durian is not allowed in all our Cozliv's apartments.

No. Smoking and vaping are strictly not allowed in all our Cozliv's apartments.
Am I responsible for the maintenance and repairs?
Am I responsible for the maintenance and repairs?
Yes, except for aircon maintenance matter. Minor repair clause applies to all other repair and maintenance in the room ($150/repair) and in the common area ($350/repair) caused by wear and tear.

Do I have to pay extra for cleaning of my bedroom?
Yes. Generally, the weekly cleaning only covers common areas. There will be nominal charges apply for cleaning of bedrooms and en-suite toilets (if applicable).

Is cooking allowed?
Yes. Light & Simple cooking is allowed as all Cozliv's apartment is equipped with kitchen and basic cookware, utensils and cutlery. Cleaning after each use is compulsory. Strictly no frequent cooking allowed as this is a coliving shared apartment. No heavy cooking such as deep fry or using strong spices that will leave strong odour to linger in the apartment for prolong period of time. Failing to clean up the kitchen after each use will result in fine for breach of contract. Should you receive any complaints from other housemates due to poor hygiene, disrespectful, inconsiderate, inconveniences, you must end your cooking activity and clean up the space without further contest.
